The puppet military of south Korea also staged combined rehearsals of various arms and services including infantry, engineering, artillery and tank units, underlining the need to "counter possible military provocation" from the north.

Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes in a commentary in this regard:

This is nothing but a desperate bid to improve the atmosphere getting dismal in the army as the days go by due to the delay in the decision on the hideous scandal by stirring up bad blood towards the fellow countrymen in the north and to do harm to it by force of arms at any cost. This lays bare the true colors of the puppet group as traitors to the nation, hell-bent on the war moves against the north till the last day of the year.

Not only the puppet conservative group but also the military are staggering, hit hard by the "Park Geun Hye-Choe Sun Sil scandal" which shook the south Korean political landscape.

Through the reckless confrontation moves of the puppet group, all the fellow countrymen keenly realized once again why the inter-Korean ties still remain rock bottom and why the movement for national reunification is facing such rigorous ordeal.

The saber-rattling staged by the puppet group from the outset of the year to its end clearly proves that they are the worst confrontation maniacs who can never exist even a moment without the military provocations against the north.

Such reckless muscle flexing is unpardonable.

The fellow countrymen will surely mete out a stern punishment to those quislings.
