We will always extend firm solidarity to the fraternal Cuban people in their just cause to smash the hostile forces' vicious moves against Cuba, firmly defend the gains of the revolution and successfully build socialism, noted the message.

Expressing the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger on the road of the struggle for independence against imperialism and for the victory of the cause of socialism, it sincerely wished him greater success in his responsible work to lead the party, government and people of Cuba.
