Korean book, picture and craftwork exhibitions, remembrance meetings and film shows were held in Peru, Mexico, India, Thailand, Singapore, Ukraine, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Algeria, Angola, South Africa and Nigeria between December 9 and 25 last year.

Displayed at the venue of the events were photos dealing with the revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the revolutionary activities of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Their works and books on their greatness, and books, pictures and craftworks introducing the DPRK's development were also displayed.

Korean films "The Sun of Songun Shedding Its Rays All over the World", "The Tower of the Juche Idea" and "My Country Has Emerged Victorious by Dint of Single-minded Unity" were shown.

The president of the Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union said that under the leadership of Kim Jong Il the DPRK demonstrated its might as Kim Il Sung's Korea all over the world while decisively smashing the U.S. persistent nuclear threats.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico said Kim Jong Il firmly defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country from the U.S. imperialists' moves for aggression by pursuing his unique Songun politics.

The chairman of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the secretary general of the Society for the Promotion of the Relations between Austria and DPRK noted that Kim Jong Il steadily advanced the Korean socialism under the unfurled banner of Songun in the unprecedented difficult period.

A message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Ukraine.
