The message sincerely wished the Palestinian people greater success in their just struggle and the president in his responsible work to retake the legitimate national rights including the right to found an independent state with Kuds as its capital city.

It expressed belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would invariably and steadily grow stronger.
