The work "On Some Problems of the Ideological Foundation of Socialism", published on May 30, Juche 79 (1990), indicates in detail the necessity for strengthening and developing the ideological foundation of socialism and the idea that Korean socialism is the one based on the Juche idea.

The work "Abuses of Socialism Are Intolerable", published on March 1, 1993, discloses the reactionary nature and absurdity of remarks made by imperialists and renegades of socialism who branded socialism as "totalitarian", "barrack-like" and "doing work in an administrative and domineering way".

It also indicates the principled issues arising in defending and adhering to the socialist cause and accomplishing it to the end such as the issue of making socialism faith and morality and the issue of fully displaying its advantages.

The work "Socialism Is a Science", published on November 1, Juche 83 (1994), clarifies the idea that Korean-style socialism based on the socialist theory of Juche is the most scientific and viable socialism and the principled issues arising in defending and upholding socialism.

The work "The Juche Philosophy Is an Original Revolutionary Philosophy", published on July 26, 1996, deals with the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original one evolved and systematized on its intrinsic principles and the revolutionary and popular one truly serving the popular masses' struggle for independence.

It also indicates the tasks for studying and explaining the Juche philosophy as intended by the Party and thoroughly applying it to the revolutionary practice.
