Sex Offences on Increase among S. Korean Diplomats

| Pyongyang, January 3 (KCNA) -- It was disclosed that on Dec. 30 last year a secretary of the puppet foreign ministry of south Korea committed sexual offenses to spark social uproar, according to south Korean KBS. He committed a sexual offense with his cell phone in a restaurant of Seoul. He had perpetrated similar crimes against women on buses. A south Korean diplomat working in Chile committed a sexual abuse against a girl in her minority and a puppet ambassador of the embassy of south Korea in a Middle East country molested a female staff member. |
