Medical workers of the Pyongyang Medical College Hospital of Kim Il Sung University and the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital carry on preventive and curative medical care for workers of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex, encouraging them to make innovations in production of electricity.

Medical workers of the General Dental Hospital under the Ministry of Public Health, Kim Man Yu Hospital and the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital launch their medical service at the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Textile Mill, East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant and Jangchon Vegetable Co-op Farm in Sadong District, Pyongyang to inspire them to the implementation of the tasks set forth in the New Year Address.

Medical workers of the Ministry of Public Health Skin-disease Preventive Centre and Pyongyang Municipal People's Hospital Nos. 1, 2, and 3 also conduct medical checkup and treatment at major industrial establishments in different sectors of the national economy.

Meanwhile, medical workers of the South Hamgyong, Jagang and other provincial people's hospitals conduct brisk healthcare service at the February 8 Vinalon Complex, Hungnam Fertilizer Complex, Kanggye Unha Garment Factory and other industrial establishments.
