S. Korean People Declare Actions for Peaceful Future
Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- Victims of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and citizens of different social standings in south Korea held the first Wednesday rally for this year outside the Japanese embassy in Seoul on Jan. 4, according to the south Korean Internet newspaper Tongil News.

They denounced Park Geun Hye for denying her wrongdoings, far from owning full responsibility and making an apology for them.

They pledged to carry on their struggle for the repeal of the "agreement" on sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, the authorities' official apology, Japan's legal reparation and for peaceful future, a world free from war and violence.

A statement, made public at the rally, contended that the issue of sexual slavery should be settled as a human rights issue.
