Great Persons of Mt. Paektu Registered as Honorary Citizens in Ecuador

| Pyongyang, January 15 (KCNA) -- The city of San Miguel in Bolivar Province of Ecuador decided to register President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il, anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as its honorary citizens. A decision on awarding the title of honorary citizenship to the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu was adopted on Jan. 8. The decision said that the title of honorary citizenship is awarded to the peerlessly great persons of the DPRK in reflection of the boundless reverence of the San Miguel City government and its citizens for them and their will to strengthen the fraternal ties and solidarity with the Korean people. |
