We will regard the country's reunification tasks mentioned in the New Year Address as the important guidelines for the reunification movement together with the line and policy for reunification clarified in the Seventh Congress of the Worker's Party of Korea, inform overseas Koreans of them and arouse them to the nationwide reunification movement.

We will continue to strengthen solidarity with the south Korean people valiantly fighting to shake the reactionary ruling foundation down to its roots through the all-people resistance and end the fascist rule of the conservative group with concerted efforts and bring new society and policy.

We will build the association into a strong organization for the reunification movement and actively organize the movement with the new generation as key players, bearing in mind the firm faith and will that the victory of cause of the Juche revolution and the patriotic cause for Korea's reunification is a science.
