It will bring together armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, overseas compatriots bodies including the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, people from all walks of life, school youths and children and foreign friends.

There will take place Kimjongilia shows, and Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses will be open for visitors in provinces during the festival.
