In the message the president sent sincere congratulations and the best wishes to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on behalf of the people and government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Turkmenistan and the DPRK.

Noting that the two countries have maintained mutual respect and equality and friendly and cooperative relations in the common struggle for progress and development, the message went on:

Turkmenistan is interested in continuously boosting the bilateral relations and fruitful partnership with your country.

We are going to further expand the cooperation between the two countries.

I believe that the relations between Turkmenistan and the DPRK will as ever develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.

Taking advantage of this occasion, I sincerely wish Your Excellency and friendly people of your country peace, wellbeing and prosperity.
