The projected test-fire of ICBM by the DPRK is its legitimate exercise of the right to self-defense to cope with the U.S. ever more undisguised nuclear war threat.

The U.S. has systematically escalated the political, military and economic pressure in a bid to carry out its aggressive strategy for dominating Asia- Pacific, regarding the DPRK as the primary target of its attack and the object to be overthrown.

A particular mention should be made of the fact that the U.S. has resorted to a nuclear blackmail against the DPRK for the last several decades after adopting its nuclear attack on the latter as a policy and using the south Korean puppet forces as a shock brigade for fighting a nuclear war against the latter.

The DPRK succeeded in the test of first H-bomb, test-fire of various offensive means and nuclear warhead explosion test as an exercise of its right to self-defence to cope with the ever more escalating nuclear war threat of the U.S. and its vassal forces.

Explicitly speaking once again, the DPRK's development of ICBM is part of measures for bolstering up its self-defensive military capability to cope with the U.S. ever more escalating nuclear war threat and moves to stifle the DPRK.

This being a hard reality, the U.S. is groundlessly pulling up the DPRK over its just measures. This is just like a thief crying "stop thief!"

The south Korean puppet forces are getting frantic with the racket of confrontation with the north, dancing to the tune of their American master. The gentries of the puppet Foreign Ministry and Ministry of Unification are crying out for escalating sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK, terming its measures "actions disturbing the world peace and security".

With no frenzy can the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces ever block the DPRK's exercise of the right to self-defence.

The DPRK has the legitimate right to steadily bolster up its nuclear deterrent for self-defense both in quality and quantity in order to defuse the nuclear threat of the warmongers at home and abroad and protect the country's sovereignty and the security of the fellow countrymen.
