S. Korean Youth and Students Vow to Struggle for Improved North-South Relations

Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- The Youth and Students Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration held a meeting in Seoul on Jan. 12 and issued a resolution to turn out in the struggle for improved north-south relations, according to the south Korean online paper Tongil News.

The resolution called for totally revising the regime's "policy toward the north" in 2017, the new year in which the people will play a main role, and improving and developing the north-south relations to usher in the era of peace and reunification.

It expressed the will to make all efforts to realize a pan-national grand meeting for reunification and exchange between youth and students from the north and the south.
