Nullification of "Agreement" on Sexual Slavery Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- The Council for the Solution of the Issue of the Volunteers Corps and the foundation for preserving justice for the settlement of the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army in south Korea reportedly made public a statement urging the total nullification of the "agreement" on the sexual slavery issue on Jan. 16.

The statement said the truth is being revealed to the effect that the "agreement", made in a rough-and-ready way, was a result of the behind-the-scene manipulation and arbitrary practices of those in power.

It contended that the "National Assembly" should promptly adopt a resolution declaring the nullification of the "agreement" and renegotiation as demanded by the victims of the sexual slavery and other south Korean people.

They will continue to fight it out for the nullification of the "agreement" together with the victims of the sexual slavery, the statement said.
