Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- A letter to the UN secretary-general sent by the DPRK permanent representative to prove the absurdity of legal ground for "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK was distributed as the official document A/71/742-S/2017/11 of the UN General Assembly and the UNSC on January 17.
