Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address reviewed the achievements made by the Korean people last year and set forth the tasks for economic development of the country this year.

He underscored the need to attach importance to science and technology and give priority to them, in particular. This helps us easily know that he is paying deep attention to the nation's development of science and technology.

The DPRK is rapidly developing thanks to his wise leadership.

We are convinced that new miracles and innovations will be registered in the struggle of the Korean people for building an economic giant in the future, too.

The chief of the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and other speakers noted that Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address set forth the militant banner "Let us accelerate the victorious advance of socialism with the great spirit of self-reliance and self-development as the dynamic force!" and called for dynamically waging an all-out general offensive to carry out the five-year strategy for national economic development.

His New Year Address serves as important guideline to be upheld in the building of a socialist power and the movement for Korea's reunification, they said, expressing their will to actively conduct solidarity movement in support of the cause of the Korean people.
