Omar Lopez, chairman of the Venezuelan National Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, said:

The DPRK holds the position of a power in the world and those hostile countries dare not deny this.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address reviewed the successes achieved in bolstering up nuclear force for self-defence and in the field of space science last year.

Preceding leaders of the DPRK, President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il made great contributions to the building of a great prosperous country.

Now many countries of the world are not optimistic about the economic prospect in the new year. However, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un indicated the ways for radical development in all fields of the country in 2017.

The DPRK will become a socialist power in the near future under his leadership.

Extending best wishes to Marshal Kim Jong Un, Manju Ratna Sakya, vice-director of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, said:

We fully support the proposal for Korea's reunification and the DPRK's foreign policy clarified by HE Marshal Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.

We extend firm solidarity to the Korean people working hard to build a socialist power and achieve the national reunification as early as possible under his wise leadership.
