With no rhetoric can the puppet forces justify their smear campaign against the north.

The DPRK repeatedly proposed the south Korean authorities to stop mud-slinging at it and has made sincere efforts to defuse the distrust and antagonism between the north and the south and took the initiative of creating the atmosphere of improving the relations.

However, the puppet group has persistently resorted to a frantic smear campaign and sinister conspiratorial racket against the north, far from working hard to create the atmosphere of mending the inter-Korean relations.

The present catastrophe of the inter-Korean relations is chiefly attributable to the blatant challenge of the Park Geun Hye group of traitors to the sincere and patriotic efforts of the compatriots in the north for achieving national reconciliation and unity and opening up a broad avenue to improved relations by halting all sorts of smear campaigns getting on the nerves of the other side and stirring up confrontation.

It is impossible to defuse the distrust and antagonism between the north and the south and open up the road to dialogue and improved inter-Korean relations as long as the south Korean authorities persist in their malignant mud-slinging, conspiratorial racket and hostile acts aimed at insulting and hurting the north and seeking "unification of social systems."

The puppet authorities are wholly responsible for putting under control the tragic situation they created by pushing the inter-Korean relations to the worst catastrophe in history.

It is the aspiration of the era and the wishes of all Koreans to see inter-Korean relations mended.

The south Korean authorities should immediately stop all sorts of smear campaigns and conspiratorial rackets escalating the distrust and confrontation between the north an the south and make a bold decision to totally roll back their policy of confrontation.
