Researchers of Kim Il Sung University and technicians of the complex realized the home production of raw materials of polypropylene fiber by developing the fourth generation of polymerization catalyst with their own technology and establishing its production process.

By doing so, they opened a prospect to boost the production of quality hosiery yarn and other raw materials for light industry.

They conducted several tests at the end of last year through which they proved that all technical indices are on high level and some of them surpass the developed countries.

Now, the workers of the complex are speeding up the preparations for producing polypropylene fiber to make greater progress in improving the people's living standard, in hearty response to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's New Year Address.
