On display at its venue were photographs showing the feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for the development of agriculture in African countries and the revolutionary activities of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, as well as photos showing the history of the Institute.

Present at the event were personages of the Institute, the Ministry of Agriculture and Kindia Province and popular masses of Guinea.

The DPRK ambassador to this country and his embassy officials were invited.

Speakers at the event paid high tribute to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who made great contributions to the building of a new society in Guinea, especially the development of agriculture, saying that their great devotion will be always kept in the hearts of the Guinean people.

They also expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Korean people, for having shown deep care for the development of the relations between the two countries, true to the cause of the preceding leaders.

They noted that the DPRK government and people have sincerely helped African countries in the agricultural development.

Wishing the Korean people greater success in the work to build a socialist power and realize the independent reunification of the country under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un, they declared that the Guinean government would expand the cooperation with DPRK in various fields including agriculture.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event.
