The statement said:

The U.S. is taking issue with the DPRK's preparations for the test launch of ICBM at the final stage.

The DPRK's ICBM development is just as it is part of bolstering up its capability for self-defence to cope with the ever-growing nuclear war threat by the U.S.

The deputy secretary of state of the U.S. recently told that the DPRK's threat reached the extreme phase and any administration of the U.S. would continue as ever to impose sanctions and pressure on it.

The very one which forced the DPRK to develop ICBM for self-defence is the U.S. which has long pursued the aggressive and criminal, anti-DPRK policy.

As respected Marshal Kim Jong Un declared in his New Year Address, the DPRK will continue to bolster up its capability for self-defence, the pivot of which is the nuclear force, and the capability for preemptive strike as long as the U.S. and its vassal forces keep on nuclear threat and blackmail and war games at the doorstep of the DPRK under the mask of annual ones.

ICBM will be launched anywhere anytime set by the supreme leadership of the DPRK.
