Data on Japanese Army's Operation of "Comfort Centers" Revealed
Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- The director of a cultural institute of south Korea on Jan 18 made it known to the public a data confirming the direct involvement of the Imperial Japanese army in the crimes related to sexual slavery, according to Yonhap News of south Korea.

The data was a duty diary from March 1 to 31, 1942 kept by a company of the Japanese army, the Yonhap News said, adding:

The contents of the diary categorically refute the Japanese government's assertion that the "comfort centers" were operated by NGOs.
