He noted Kim Jong Un said in his New Year Address that the DPRK should concentrate its efforts on implementing the five-year strategy for national economic development.

He said Kim Jong Un called upon the whole nation to pool their will and efforts to usher in a heyday of the nationwide reunification movement and frustrate the challenges of the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad who go against the aspiration of the nation for reunification.

He pointed out that Kim Jong Un stressed that the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government will remain committed to the idea of our foreign policy--independence, peace and friendship, expand and develop the relations of good-neighborliness, friendship and cooperation with those countries championing independence, and make concerted efforts with them to ensure genuine international justice in the future, too.

He extended full support to Kim Jong Un's New Year Address illuminating the road ahead of not only the Korean people but also the world peace-loving people.
