On Jan. 16 puppet Prime Minister Hwang Kyo An and those of Chongwadae and the puppet administration in charge of security, diplomacy and unification issues and puppet diplomats from overseas were closeted with outsiders over the issue of hurting the fellow countrymen in the north. Hwang openly disclosed his design to keep "putting all-round diplomatic pressure" on the DPRK, while vociferating about "crucial diplomacy and security environment". He even made such remarks that "there is possibility of additional strategic provocation from the north" occasioned by the regime change in the U.S.

Minju Joson Tuesday in a commentary terms the above-said moves of the puppet forces a blatant challenge to the nation's desire for reunification and a ridiculous fit of the group of traitors keen on finding a way out in dependence on outsiders and confrontation with the fellow countrymen.
