They stressed the need for all officials and members of the union to turn out as one in the drive for carrying through the militant tasks advanced in the New Year Address by giving further momentum to the revolutionary spirit that rapidly mounted throughout the year of 2016 recorded with miracles.

They called for making greater progress on the agricultural front, the major thrust in building an economic power.

They expressed the will to conduct a dynamic struggle for devotedly implementing the militant tasks set forth in the New Year Address and thus glorify this significant year with more shining successes in boosting the grain production.
