Rodong Sinmun Slams S. Korean Puppet Forces' Call for "Cooperation in Pressurizing North"
Pyongyang, January 25 (KCNA) -- Traitor Hwang Kyo An, acting "president" of south Korea, called its ambassadors to Russia, China, the U.S. and Japan and the UN to Seoul on Jan. 16 for an urgent meeting for measures related to the issue of diplomacy and security. At this confab he cried out for close cooperation with the new U.S. administration, vociferating about "strong pressure upon the north to push it to denuclearization."

Meanwhile, traitor Kim Kwan Jin, chief of the security office of puppet Chongwadae, and mandarins of the puppet Foreign Ministry flew into the U.S. one on the heels of the other and begged for the above-said "cooperation" from the outset of the year.

A group of lawmakers of the diplomacy and unification committee of the puppet National Assembly visited the U.S. on the occasion of Trump's presidential inauguration and implored their American master for close cooperation and tightened "alliance" while talking about "gravity of the nuclear issue of the north".

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in an article terms this the last-ditch efforts of the puppet forces to prop up the international campaign for sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK, though they had already been branded as a failed policy, and get rid of their tight-corner.

It goes on:

The puppet forces' above-said campaign is an extreme treacherous one aimed to stand against the DPRK's efforts for improving the inter-Korean relations, block the cause for national reunification and realize their ambition for stifling the DPRK.

It is also designed to turn south Korea into an outpost for carrying out the U.S. strategy to dominate Asia-Pacific and escalate the tension on the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia.

The puppet forces' persistent diplomacy for such campaign would only make their position at home and abroad more difficult and further precipitate their miserable end.
