Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Spain

| Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Madrid of Spain on Jan. 20. Victor Manuel Lucas, international secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of the People of Spain, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events on the anniversary. |
