Security Authorities' Violation of Prisoners' Rights Disclosed in S. Korea

Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) -- The "Worker's Book" joint action against repression by the "Security Law" in south Korea called a press conference in Seoul on Jan. 23 to disclose the security authorities' violation of the rights of prisoners of conscience, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Chamsesang.

Speakers at the conference charged that rights of prisoners of conscience have been violated at prisons though penalty for them was not decided.

They demanded a halt to the said abuses under the fascist evil law.
