Boswa Isekombe Sylvere, general secretary of the Workers' Party of DR Congo, stressed this at a ceremony held on Jan. 23 to inaugurate the DR Congo preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star, birthdays of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The general secretary said:

Today we formed a preparatory committee to celebrate the birth anniversaries of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il with boundless reverence for them.

The Korean people began the general offensive for hitting the target of the five-year strategy for national economic development, under the militant slogan "Let us accelerate the victorious advance of socialism with the great spirit of self-reliance and self-development as the dynamic force!" put up by respected Marshal Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.

We will deeply grasp the exploits Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il had performed to strengthen socialist Korea and achieve the national reunification and will intensify the solidarity activities of supporting the cause of justice of the Korean people advancing under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
