They are grave military provocations to the DPRK and unpardonable acts of disturbing peace and deliberately aggravating the situation on the Korean Peninsula and in the region as they are part of the premeditated preparations for preemptive attack on the DPRK.

The south Korean warmongers are trumpeting about promoting cooperation with the U.S. and Japan in missile defence, ballyhooing about "development of weapons for proper counteraction" and "practical counteraction strategy". However, they are nothing but ridiculous moves.

The army and people of the DPRK are now following the evermore undisguised moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group for a nuclear war with the utmost vigilance.

Unshakable are the faith and will of the DPRK to wipe out to the last man the outside forces and the group of traitors bringing the danger of a nuclear war to the inviolable land of Korea and root out the source of war.

The DPRK once again solemnly warns the south Korean warmongers going hysteric with the war moves against it that they will not be able to escape a merciless punishment.
