After arriving at Pochonbo since their departure from Hyesan on Feb. 1, they placed floral baskets and bouquets before the statue of President Kim Il Sung and paid tribute to him.

They looked round the command post of the Battle of Pochonbo, the police sub-station, the subcounty office, etc., after being briefed on the Pochonbo Revolutionary Battle Site.

On Feb. 2, the marchers went through the Spring Site in Poso-ri to the Tableland of Junghung from where Mt. Paektu is in sight.

They arrived at the Rimyongsu Revolutionary Site on Feb. 3, where they went round various parts of the site to grasp the feats of leader Kim Jong Il.

That day they visited Chongbong and Konchang bivouacs, where there are historic relics such as the place where anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk boiled rice and the site of the headquarters and slogan-bearing trees.

During the study tour they had a meeting to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas, a question-and-answer study contest and other political and cultural events.
