On display at its venue were photos of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, flags of the DPRK and Angola and pictures showing the reality of Juche Korea.

Present at the meeting were officials of the Ministry for External Relations of Angola and the DPRK ambassador to Angola and his embassy staff members.

The participants looked round photos on display before watching a Korean film "Prosperous Pyongyang".

The DPRK ambassador said in his speech that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed great feats for developing the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The director of the Asian and Oceanian Department of the Angolan Ministry for External Relations said that the Korean people are brothers of the Angolan people as they sincerely helped the latter in the worst period. The Angolan government extends full support and solidarity to the government and people of the DPRK in the struggle to achieve peace and reunification of the Korean peninsula and will as ever value and develop the friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK, he stressed.

Then followed a reception.
