Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Marked in Russia

| Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the 75th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il was formed by the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia on Jan. 30. Sazhi Umalatova, chairwoman of the party, was elected chairwoman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il on this anniversary. |
