This has its origin in the foreign policy stand taken by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK will proactively strive to boost the relations with different countries in the idea of independence, peace and friendship backed by its self-defensive nuclear deterrent.

It doesn't allow any interference in its internal affairs nor interferes in other countries' internal affairs.

For global peace, it is essential for the U.S. to stop interfering in other countries and respect their sovereignty.

The DPRK will make gigantic contributions to ensuring global peace and security.
