Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in an article in this regard:

The U.S. and south Korea spawned the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula by ceaselessly posing nuclear threat and blackmail to the DPRK and have blocked the settlement of the issue.

Every year the U.S. introduces huge nuclear strategic assets including nuclear strategic bomber and nuclear-powered carrier into south Korea and frantically stages joint military drills threatening the DPRK under the pretext of coping with "threat" from someone.

The south Korean puppet forces in collusion with the U.S. have staged nuclear war drills against the north. Not content with this, they decided to introduce THAAD into south Korea, mapped out very dangerous plans for a nuclear war such as "active deterrence strategy," "4D operation plan" and "strategy for large-scale counteraction" and run amuck to implement those scenarios, driving the situation of the Korean peninsula to the brink of war.

The U.S. massively introduced all kinds of nuclear weapons and hardware for a nuclear war into south Korea to turn it into the biggest nuclear arsenal in the world and it has posed unheard-of nuclear threat and blackmail to the DPRK, while ceaselessly waging provocative nuclear war drills for invading the north. Yet, the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are shameless enough to vociferate about the "nuclear threat" from someone.

They can never cover up their brutal nature as heinous criminals making desperate efforts to impose disaster of a nuclear war upon the Korean nation after turning south Korea into the most dangerous advanced base for a nuclear war against the north.
