Present there were Kim Ki Nam, vice-chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, and the officials of party and administrative organs, working people's organizations, scientific, educational, literary and art and media organs, party cadres training institutions and the field of preservation of revolutionary relics in Pyongyang.

The seminar heard papers on the tasks and ways for achieving rapid progress in the drive to implement the decision of the Seventh WPK Congress, regarding Kim Jong Il's exploits for the socialist cause of Juche and his behests as lifeline.

Speakers said that Kim Jong Il is the eternal leader of the great Paektusan nation as he gave steady continuity to the lineage of the socialist cause of Juche.

They stressed it is a brilliant fruition of his superhuman patriotic devotion that the national strength of the DPRK has been put on the highest level at present.

He trained the soldiers and civilians to be persons with strong mental power and firm faith in socialism, they said, adding the new era of building a socialist power is a precious outcome of his patriotic devotion.

They contended that it is the noblest duty of the Korean people to speed up the victorious advance of socialism by implementing Kim Jong Il's behests to the letter.
