On display are more than 1 200 ice sculptures of 75 varieties created by shock brigade members of the regiment of the Ministry of People's Security of the Construction Brigade 618 of Division 216.

Spectacular scenery is presented by peculiar and diverse ice sculptures dealing with the tremendous national power of the DPRK and the reality of the DPRK which is turning into a land of bliss.

The festival is drawing an endless stream of members of the shock brigade of the division, those of the group for the study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu, officials and working people in Ryanggang Province.
