Terming the Park Geun Hye regime's decision to shut down the KIP the worst of its failed "north policies", the editorial said:

The regime's unilateral decision went against the south-north agreement as it failed to go through necessary procedures of consultation.

The regime asserted that funds from the KIP were "diverted by the north for the development of nukes and missiles" but it failed to produce any evidence proving it.

The reason why the regime made such a decision is not clear and it was linked with the Park's scandals disclosed here and there.
