Justice Sure to Triumph and Injustice Go to Ruin: Rodong Sinmun
|
|
Pyongyang, February 14 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday carries a commentary titled "It is the inevitability of history that justice wins and injustice goes to ruin." The commentary says: When Park Geun Hye of south Korea ran for "presidency", there were people having vague expectations for her. However, after the flow of time they keenly realized that they were taken in by her mistaken remarks and art of disguise. Angered by the incompetence and corrupt politics of Park that ran counter to justice, the south Korean people turned out in the strong resistance to oust her. The expected tragic end of the regime tells a lot. Whoever goes against the public mind-set, oblivious of the basic mission of the politics which calls for supporting the just mindset is bound to go to ruin. Obama stood in the "spotlight" of world opinion even before being inaugurated as president as he was "the first black man to be the boss of the White House" in the history of the U.S. And he was awarded even Nobel Peace Prize for uttering the glossy words "World without nuclear weapons" after his inauguration. However, he was compelled to disappear forever as a fallen leaf of history after being called "the worst U.S. president" as the hostile policy towards the DPRK ended in a total failure. Had he not pursued the foolish daydream of stifling the DPRK and resorted to the anachronistic hostile policy of sanctions and military pressure, he would not have faced such miserable fate. In this sense, the earlier the U.S. rolls back its anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK and reestablishes the DPRK-U.S. relations, the better. The south Korean regime is a puppet colonial one of the U.S. Therefore, no country can get anything from dealing with the puppet regime. The aggressive nature and ambition of the imperialist reactionary forces remain unchanged and are getting more reckless as the days go by. It is necessary to distinguish a true friend from a heinous enemy and justice from injustice. Compromise with injustice would entail only adverse consequences. No one should forget history and disregard the priceless tradition they established at the cost of blood. It is necessary to face up to the reality from the standpoint of the past and to look far into the future on the basis of the tradition. |
