According to an official concerned, the construction of apartment buildings and facilities has reached upward of 95 percent and 90 percent respectively.

Elevators were placed in apartment buildings now under completion by soldier-builders and the Ministry of Construction and Building-Materials Industry, Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport, General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps, External Construction Guidance Bureau and other units.

Particularly, apartment houses built by some construction units of the People's Army are fully prepared for new dwellers.

The construction of public buildings, amenities and infrastructure has also been pushed forward at a final stage and myriads trees of scores of species planted in the street are now under special care.
