Speakers said that Kim Jong Il's whole life is the brilliant one of the prominent revolutionary, peerless patriot and benevolent father of the Korean people who devoted his all to the country and the people.

They referred to the fact that he had turned the DPRK into a politico-ideological power and world military power without an equal in the world and the satellite power of Juche under the unfurled banner of Songun for more than half a century.

They stressed that his exploits on behalf of the times and history would be eternally kept in the minds of the Korean people and world progressives.

A letter to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
