Officials and workers of the North Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation Enterprise completed the first-phase project of the Honggondo Tideland in the spirit displayed at the constructions of the Taegyedo Reclaimed Tideland and the second-phase project of the Kwaksan Reclaimed Tideland.

The title of Merited Builder was awarded to Kim Ung Nam and the title of Merited Driver to Kim Won Jun and Mun Ryong Un.

Orders including Order of National Flag First Class and medals were awarded to many officials and builders.
