The general secretary in the message said that all the members of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea and its supporters, on behalf of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder-chairman of the Party, extend heartfelt and warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un and to the WPK and all the Korean people on the occasion of the 75th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il, eternal leader of the WPK and eternal chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission.

The message said they hope that the DPRK would celebrate the anniversary with splendor, paying tribute to Kim Jong Il, eternal leader of the Korean people.
