They included foreign diplomatic envoys, representatives of international bodies and military attaches of foreign embassies here, the participants in an event of awarding the International Kim Jong Il Prize, the participants in the 21st Kimjongilia Festival, the congratulatory groups of Koreans in Japan and the General Association of Koreans in China for celebrating the Day of the Shining Star and families of overseas Koreans related to revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il.

They paid high tribute to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

At the hall where Kim Jong Il lies in state, they made bows to him.

They went round the halls where orders Kim Jong Il received are on display and the halls which house a car, electric car, boat and train coach used by him during his field guidance and foreign tours till the last moments of his life.

Meanwhile, the chief and staff members of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and paid homage to Kim Jong Il on the same day.
