"Let Us Add Eternal Brilliance to Comrade Kim Jong Il's Great Idea and Achievements of the Songun Revolution", a work published on Aug. 25, Juche 102 (2013), deals with the Songun revolutionary feats of Kim Jong Il and essence and originality of the Songun revolutionary idea and indicates the tasks for successfully accomplishing the cause of the Songun revolution.

"Let Us Hasten the Final Victory through a Revolutionary Ideological Offensive", a speech made at the 8th Conference of Ideological Workers of the Workers' Party of Korea on Feb. 25, Juche 103 (2014), clarifies that the whole course of the Korean revolution is a history of ideological work to give the fullest play to the might of the truth of the revolutionary ideas of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il. It also indicates the tasks facing the field of the party ideological work and the ways for carrying them out.
