In an article titled "Protector of Socialism" the bulletin said:

Protector of socialism is the great Comrade Kim Jong Il. He kept the unshakable faith in the victory of socialism.

His exploits for the global cause of socialism are too great that a few books are not just enough to carry them all.

Thanks to his energetic leadership, the historic Pyongyang Declaration was adopted in April 1992.

The bulletin noted Kim Jong Il proved in a scientific way that the anti-socialist elements' slandering socialism as "totalitarian", "barrack-like" and "administrative and domineering" is absurd sophism.
