Attending the meeting were Kim Ki Nam, vice-chairman of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Pak Jong Nam, chairman of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of party and working people's organizations, party information officials, exemplary lecturers, agitators and information workers each in charge of five families in the province.

The meeting analyzed and reviewed achievements and experience made in the struggle to decisively implement the last instructions of leader Kim Jong Il and the Party's policies and discussed measures to give fuller play to the spirit of Kangwon Province in this year's all-people general charge in the drive of creating the Mallima speed.

Ri Kwang Chol, vice-chairman of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the WPK, said in a report that respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un called the decisive fighting spirit of people on the land of Kangwon to unconditionally carry out the Kim Jong Il's last instructions and the Party's line and policies to the last the new spirit of the era and the spirit of Kangwon Province. This is the honor and pride of all the people in the province, he added.

He underscored the need to carry on dynamic struggle to turn the land of Kangwon into the prosperous socialist land of bliss in the great era of Kim Jong Un with the might of ideology, single-minded unity and self-reliance and self-development, remaining unfailingly loyal to him.

The speakers referred to the successes and experience they made in the days when they aroused the masses to implement Kim Jong Il's behests and the Party's policies by conducting the ideological work in depth and in a unique manner as required by the Party's intention and the developing reality.
