Upon authorization of the king and the great queen, a delegation of the Cambodian Ministry of Royal Palace led by Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister for Royal Palace, laid the floral baskets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

The head of the delegation conveyed the DPRK ambassador the best wishes of the king and the great queen to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

He said:

The DPRK, founded and developed by Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, is now growing stronger and more prosperous day by day under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the prominent leader.

We hope that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and the DPRK, provided by the preceding leaders of the two countries, would be everlasting.

We heartily wish Marshal Kim Jong Un, Supreme Leader of the Korean party, state and army, good health and greater success in his noble work.
