The bulletin carried articles subtitled "Defender of Socialism" and "Exploits for the cause of national reunification" under the main title of "On the occasion of the 75th birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Korean people; leader Kim Jong Il's idea and exploits will be immortal".

It elaborated on the fact that Kim Jong Il devoted all his life to the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche, the prosperity of socialist Korea, the reunification of the country and the human cause of independence.

It said:

Comrade Kim Jong Un, the great successor to the revolutionary cause of Juche, is now at the head of the Korean revolution. He is a prominent great man of Korea identical to leader Kim Jong Il.

Under his guidance, the Korean people will surely accomplish the cause of building a socialist power, the behests of Kim Jong Il.
